At Subaru, we believe what we leave behind is a reflection of who we are. That's why Subaru and our retailers partner with the Arbor Day Foundation (TM) to provide and distribute 100,000 regionally appropriate trees across the country. We're proud to establish the largest corporate tree distribution ever. Through this and other Subaru Loves the Earth initiatives, Subaru and our retailers have helped distribute and plant over 1.1 million trees.

Health
Subaru believes we should all have a chance to lead a healthy life. That's why for the past 10 years, Subaru and its retailers like us have partnered with Blood Cancer United® and our local hospital or cancer treatment center to give warm blankets and encouraging messages of hope, written by our staff and customers to support patients facing cancer. Through our efforts during this decade-long partnership, we've supported nearly 500,000 cancer patients nationwide. Together, we are proud to be Blood Cancer United's largest automotive donor.
Subaru and its retailers, like us, are continuing our support of education and high-needs schools in our communities through Subaru Loves Learning(R) by providing teachers across the country with funding to purchase the school supplies and resources they know are needed to help students thrive in the classroom.

Subaru believes all pets deserve a loving home. That's why retailers like us partner with our local animal welfare organization every October to provide direct financial assistance through a grant distributed by the ASPCA® and host pet events to help animals find loving homes. Through our partnership with local and national organizations, Subaru has donated over $70 million, supporting the rescue, adoption, and health of over 700,000 animals. We're proud to be the largest corporate donor to the ASPCA.

Subaru and its retailers believe in giving back to our communities. That's why for every new vehicle sold or leased during the Subaru Share the Love event, Subaru and its retailers, like us, makes a donation to national charities that our owners care about and to over 2,700 local charities where Subaru owners live and work.
Now, after 17 years, Subaru and our retailers have donated nearly $320 million to charity all to give back and to make the world a better place.

Romain Subaru Celebrates Subaru Loves Pets With Fee-Waived Dog Adoptions - Candida A.
Romain Subaru demonstrated its commitment to the Subaru Love Promise by hosting a special “Make A Dog’s Day” adoption event in partnership with It Takes a Village No-Kill Rescue. The dealership welcomed adoptable dogs to their lot, inviting the community to meet them, enjoy complimentary goodies, and learn more about local rescue efforts. To help more pets find loving homes, Romain Subaru waived all adoption fees, making it easier than ever for families to bring home their new best friend. Through events like this, Romain Subaru continues to live out Subaru Loves Pets by supporting shelters, uplifting rescue animals, and bringing compassion to the community it serves.

Through the Subaru Loves Learning initiative and in partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org, Romain Subaru proudly adopted six classrooms at Dexter Elementary School! Along with essential supplies, each teacher received funds to purchase additional tools and resources to help their students learn, grow, and succeed. Romain Subaru extends heartfelt gratitude to the incredible teachers, administrators, and staff at Dexter Elementary for their dedication to education!

This year, Romain Subaru proudly donated $20,585 to the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville, an organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring local youth through after-school programs, mentorship, and recreation. On 01/21/2025, Romain Subaru donated 120 coats to Aurora, Inc.. Romain Subaru is once again partnering with Aurora Evansville to support individuals facing homelessness in our community as part of the Subaru’s Loves to Help® initiative. Aurora Evansville, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness through vital programs and services, joins forces with Romain Subaru for this impactful effort. On January 21st, our team will deliver brand-new coats to help those in need stay warm this winter. This contribution is part of a larger initiative, where Subaru and its retailers will provide over 150,000 children with essential items like coats, shoes, and socks. We’re proud to continue supporting Aurora and making a difference together!

On October 19th, Romain Subaru brought the community together for a heartwarming “Make a Dog’s Day” event, designed to benefit local animal shelters. The day was packed with activities, including waived adoption fees and free personalized dog tags. A food truck kept attendees fueled, while Romain Subaru offered goodies to pet owners. Shelters It Takes A Village and PAAWS showcased dogs ready for adoption, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families looking to bring home a new furry friend. The event kicked off the weekend with excitement as part of the Subaru Loves Pets Initiative, aiming to help shelters during a time of high intake. The turnout was fantastic, with people rallying around these local shelters in need.

In celebration of Subaru Loves Learning®, Romain Subaru visited Hebron Elementary School to deliver supplies collected throughout August. In addition, Romain Subaru donated supply kits and funding as part of their partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org. This donation helps equip teachers with the resources they need to foster a successful academic year for their students. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, and best wishes to the students and teachers at Hebron Elementary for an amazing school year ahead!

It's that time of year again! Romain Subaru is supporting those in our community facing the long and difficult journey of a cancer diagnosis by partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ohio Valley. Providing warmth, love, and support when and where they’re needed most is our way of letting these patients and their families know we care. Through the Subaru Loves to Care® Initiative, Romain Subaru was able to drop off boxes of blankets and messages of hope to comfort patients. We want to take this time to thank our local Ronald McDonald House for their dedication in providing local families the support and care they need each day.
